Ordering at Probunga is easy; as once you have selected an item, please follow these 2 simple steps.

II. Enter your email address and click on ‘Checkout as guest’ or you can login with your Facebook account, fill the order form and proceed with the payment.

If you choose to send your gift anonymously, we will make sure your name does not appear on any document accompanying your gift. If your gift recipient calls Probunga to ask who the gift are from, we will not reveal your identity, unless you instruct us otherwise. Please note, if the recipient doesn’t want to accept the gift, then it will be returned to us and no refunds will be made.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the sender will be contacted and a second delivery attempt can be made either on the same day or the next business day. If you had ordered flowers, chocolates, or other edible gifts, be rest assured that all the items will be prepared again the next morning to maintain freshness. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available. However, we at Probunga strive to achieve utmost perfection and you can be rest assured that every effort will be made to match the colour and shape of the bouquet shown in the picture.
Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and colour or variety substitutions of vases or baskets may be necessary. In case of substitution, we ensure that we are using an article of equal value and style.
No, there isn’t any minimum value for the order and we deliver all products that are displayed on our website.
Yes, it’s our policy to call the recipient before making the delivery to ensure that we have the correct address and confirm if the recipient is present there to collect it.
