although the team delivered the flowers (greatly appreciated), and the quality was great, but still not what was requested (the colour advertised online was not available, and notified a bit late in the day) the fiasco to get them delivered was disappointingly late if there is more info required to get them delivered, then this needs to be requested on the website; they were supposed to be a surprise (not prewarned with a phone call prior to delivery) although they went out of there way to get them there late, not sure if i will use the service again
